The Scarabée Dry Toilet is a basic French pine plywood toilet made in France.
This small model is ideal as an extra toilet, for a small space or to try out the dry toilet.
Regarding the toilet:
- Equipped with a flap glass and a stainless steel bib
- Pine plywood cladding
- Raw or varnished finish
- Walls on each side of the toilet
- Sold without bucket
All our buckets (15 liters and 21 liters) are compatible with this model.

The Scarabée is a simple and accessible model, all the advantages of a dry toilet at a low price.
This entry-level model is ideal for small spaces or for placing outdoors.
Its covering and shape recalls the spirit of the stool.
The bucket will be visible between the 4 feet of the toilet.
No hinge system to lift the tray to access the bucket, the tray can be removed and fits easily thanks to a groove under the latter.
Characteristics :
The Scarabée is made of pine plywood.
The toilet can be chosen varnished or raw.
The toilet is delivered with a stainless steel flap which ensures the junction between the bucket and the bezel while guaranteeing a good seal.
The model is sold without a bucket.
All our buckets (15-liter stainless steel buckets with or without base and 21-liter food-grade plastic buckets) are compatible with this model.
Our toilets are dry toilets with bio-controlled litter.
They work with wood chips or sawdust. Sanitation is done by composting the residues from the dry toilet.
