Set of three composters equipped with lids, for a total capacity of 3200 liters. (1 X 800 L) + (2 X 1200 L)

Ideal for composting dry toilet waste with a three-year rotation.

Manufactured in our workshop, we focused on designing a wooden composter that is practical, reliable, and robust. All the connection components are made of stainless steel.

A hinged lid protects the compost from heavy rain. Gaps between the slats ensure the oxygenation of the compost.

The front of the composters can be removed in two sections for greater convenience.

Set of Three Douglas Wood Composters for Dry Toilets - 3200 Liters

This set of large capacity composters is ideal for composting dry toilet waste.

With a total volume of 3200 liters, this set is perfectly suited for performing the necessary composting rotations of your dry toilet residues.

Ideal for families with up to 6 users.

For optimal use, it is advisable to have three composters in order to perform the necessary rotations:

  • One composter to receive your bucket contents for one year (1800 liters for up to 6 users / year).

  • A second one for the first year of decomposition (1800 liters for up to 6 users / year).

  • And a third one for the final year of preparation of your dry toilet compost. Since the volume reduces significantly between the second and third bins, an 800-liter composter is sufficient for the finishing phase for families with up to 6 users.

How to use composters for dry toilets? <

  • Slats made of planed, untreated Douglas wood, 20 mm thick

  • Capacity: 1,200 liters X 2 + 800 liters

  • French manufacturing, in the Aude region (11).

  • Easy to handle

Dimensions of the 800-liter composter: L 114 cm x W 184 cm x H 96 cm. Weight: 50 Kg.

Dimensions of the 1200-liter composter: L 125 cm x W 110 cm x H 105 cm. Weight: 71 Kg.

Total weight: 247 kg (excluding transport pallet). The composters are delivered disassembled.
